Job Title: Office Boy cum Pantry Boy Location: Yerwada, Pune Department: Administration Reports To: Office Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy cum Pantry Boy to assist in the day-to-day office tasks and pantry maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, serving beverages, and providing support to administrative staff. Key Responsibilities: Pantry Duties: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and guests. Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry and kitchen area. Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, snacks, etc.) are stocked and inform the admin for replenishment. Wash utensils and clean pantry equipment regularly. Office Assistance Duties: Clean and maintain the office premises (desks, chairs, common areas, restrooms, etc.). Handle basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed. Deliver documents/materials within departments or to external parties as required. Assist in arranging meeting rooms and ensuring proper setup before meetings. Handle errands such as purchasing office supplies or going to the post office/bank when instructed. Monitor and maintain cleanliness of reception, conference rooms, and workstations. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent. Prior experience in a similar role preferred. Basic communication skills in [English/Hindi/regional language as needed]. Good personal hygiene and cleanliness. Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined. Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Compensation: 12,000-15,000
