Job Description

Job Title: Office Boy

Location: Shivaji Nagar

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support day-to-day office operations. The candidate will assist with office maintenance, document handling, and general support tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms
Handle filing, photocopying, scanning, and basic document management
Deliver and collect documents within office or nearby locations
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging office supplies
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks
Open and close office as per working hours, if required
Ensure proper handling and storage of office materials

Eligibility Criteria

Prior experience as an office boy or helper is preferred
Basic understanding of office discipline and hygiene
Physically fit and punctual
Honest, polite, and willing to follow instructions

Working Hours

Full-time
Day shift (timing as per company policy)

Salary

As per market standards
Negotiable based on experience

Preferred Candidate

Candidate residing near Shivaji Nagar will be preferred
Immediate joiners are an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹18,597.23 per month
