Office Boy

OFFICE BOY Office boy will be responsible for the below listed Task Document Handling: Collecting, delivering, and distributing documents, files, and letters within the office or to external locations. Managing the photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents as required. Office Maintenance: Keeping the office environment clean and organized, including cleaning workspaces, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas. Managing and restocking office supplies like paper, pens, and other stationery. Hospitality Services: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and snacks to office staff and visitors. Setting up meeting rooms with necessary refreshments and materials. Support to Office Staff: Assisting with minor clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and binding documents. Running errands for office staff, including purchasing items or making deliveries. Office Equipment Management: Ensuring that office equipment like printers, copiers, and fax machines are functioning correctly. Reporting any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel. Visitor Assistance: Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate staff or department. Ensuring visitors are comfortable while waiting. Banking and Payments: Making bank deposits, payments, or collecting payments on behalf of the company. Handling small amounts of petty cash for minor purchases or expenses. Miscellaneous Tasks: Any other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management to support the overall functioning of the office. Refilling Vending machines  Taking the good from office and refilling it at various location in mumbai Location: Oshiwara - Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Days : Monday to Saturday Time - 10 am to 7 pm   Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and duty hours) License Required: Valid Bike license Computer Knowledge and operation compulsory
