Job Title: Junior Vending Operations Executive / Junior Stock Keeper 📍 Location: Oshiwara West, Mumbai 🕒 Job Type: Full-Time 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month 📅 Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year 👤 Reporting To: Operations Supervisor Job Summary We are looking for a Junior Vending Operations Executive to support day-to-day vending machine operations. The role includes refilling vending machines, handling basic stock management, preparing simple reports using computer systems, and traveling to multiple assigned locations. Key Responsibilities 1. Vending Machine Refilling Refill vending machines as per daily route plan. Arrange products correctly inside the machines. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of machines. 2. Stock Handling Assist in loading and unloading stock. Maintain basic stock count during refills. Report expired or damaged products to the supervisor. 3. Sales & Refill Reporting Enter daily sales, refill, and stock data using computer or mobile applications. Maintain basic Excel sheets or company formats. Submit reports to the operations team on time. 4. Machine Check & Failure Reporting Check machine functionality (power, display, payment system). Report breakdowns, errors, or failures immediately. Assist technicians during repairs if required. 5. Computer & System Usage Use basic computer applications such as MS Excel, email, and reporting tools. Maintain accurate operational records. 6. Field Movement & Coordination Travel daily to assigned vending machine locations. Coordinate with supervisors and site staff. Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct. Required Skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry, email). Basic understanding of stock handling. Good communication and time-management skills. Willingness to work in field operations. Qualifications Minimum 10th / 12th pass. Fresher or up to 1 year of experience. Mandatory Requirement 🚲 Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving license.
