Office Boy – Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, reception area, meeting rooms, desks, and common areas.
• Ensure pantry cleanliness, manage waste disposal, and keep tea/coffee items stocked.
• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Arrange refreshments and seating for meetings and maintain meeting room readiness.
• Assist with document-related tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and delivering papers to departments.
• Carry out indoor and outdoor errands, including bank work, courier tasks, document pickup/delivery, and minor office-related visits.
• Maintain and monitor stock of office supplies and stationery; inform HR/Admin when items are low.
• Assist visitors by welcoming them, offering water, and directing them to the concerned staff.
• Support HR, Admin, Accounts, and Operations teams with basic office tasks and arranging materials.
• Help in setting up the office, organizing events, and coordinating small repair or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure proper opening and closing of office premises when assigned.
• Follow instructions from HR/Admin/Management and support overall smooth functioning of office operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
