About the Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Office Associate to support our internal operations and client interactions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office management, efficient record-keeping, and excellent customer support.

• Key Responsibilities: Handle daily customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Maintain and update office records, logs, and basic documentation
• Support billing, quotations, and coordination between departments
• Assist in follow-ups for payments and customer communication
• Help manage inventory entries, basic accounting tasks, and reports
• Qualifications: Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred)
• Computer Skills: Must be proficient in MS Office & Tally ERP
• Basic understanding of office procedures, data entry, and client handling
• Prior experience in admin or office assistance is preferred
