We are looking for an organised and reliable Office Associate who can help manage day-to-day operations, projects, client communication, and internal coordination. The role involves keeping track of tasks, making sure deadlines are met, and ensuring that the team stays aligned on what needs to be done.
You will be responsible for monitoring ongoing projects, updating status reports, and following up with editors, designers, clients, and freelancers. A big part of the job is making sure every project moves smoothly from start to finish without delays.
You will handle client communication by answering emails, sharing updates, scheduling calls, and making sure clients always know the status of their work. Internally, you will help with scheduling, documenting tasks, maintaining files, taking meeting notes, and making sure all information is organised and easy for the team to access.
The ideal person communicates clearly, manages time well, and can handle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed. You should be comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and basic project management software. Most importantly, you should be proactive, detail-oriented, and someone who takes ownership of responsibilities.
This role offers the chance to work closely with the founder and core team, learn quickly, and grow into higher operations or project management roles as the company scales.
