: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

: 12th Pass

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, organized, and professional receptionist to manage front-desk operations and assist with basic client coordination and accounting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good typing speed, and working knowledge of accounting software like Tally and Busy..

Responsibilities

Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries with clarity and professionalism
Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors
Maintain daily records and support front-desk operations
Coordinate with the team on client follow-ups
Assist with basic billing entries and accounting using Busy/Tally
Perform basic computer typing and maintain data records
Contribute ideas during interior design discussions (optional)

What We’re Looking For

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling calls and walk-in queries
Interest or basic knowledge in interior design is a plus
Professional attitude and presentable appearance
Ability to multitask and stay organized
