Dear candidate

We have urgent openigns for the post of Office Assistant

Job Location = Andheri East MIDC.
Fix Salary = 20000 per month.
Experience = 2 to 5 Years+
Note = Immeidate Joiner.

Job description

1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
2. Data Entry: Accurately enter data into computer systems, maintaining records and databases.
3. Document Management: Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
4. Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
5. Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Essential Skills

1. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
4. Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail in performing tasks.
5. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
