Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating with marketing vendors, agencies, and event partners
  • Support the sales team with brochure management, site visit arrangements, and client coordination
  • Handle routine administrative tasks, including printing, filing, and document handling
  • Coordinate with internal departments for approvals, logistics, and campaign-related needs
  • Ensure timely delivery and installation of marketing materials (banners, hoardings, flyers) at project sites
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing marketing events, site launches, and sales campaigns.
  • Manage inventory of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Handle local travel and on-site tasks as required by marketing or sales heads.

Key Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience as an Office Assistant or similar role in real estate or related industry.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and sales processes.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable with field work and vendor coordination.
  • Must own a two-wheeler (preferred).
