Job Summary: The Office Assistant supports day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The role involves handling files, managing correspondence, assisting staff, and maintaining office supplies and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: Handle routine clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier services. Maintain and update office records and documents. Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials. Coordinate with other departments and staff for office-related tasks. Maintain office supplies and ensure availability of stationery and equipment. Handle basic accounting support like bill payments, vouchers, or petty cash (if required). Keep the office clean and organized; supervise maintenance and housekeeping activities. Greet visitors and assist them as needed. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or Graduate (preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.). Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail. Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is an advantage. Salary & Benefits: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month (based on experience) Overtime pay if applicable Work Timing: Monday to Saturday – 10 AM to 8:00 PM
