Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role involves general administrative support, managing billing tasks, communicating with customers regarding payments, and assisting with daily office operations such as printing labels and document handling.

We are especially looking to build a supportive and collaborative environment and are encouraging female candidates to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Organize and file bills and invoices

* Contact customers via phone or email to follow up on payments

* Print shipping labels and documents using computer systems

* Assist with data entry and maintaining office records

* Support other administrative tasks as needed

* Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional office training is a plus

* Basic computer skills

* Good communication skills and phone etiquette

* Attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Qualities:

* Previous experience in an office or administrative role

* Friendly, professional demeanor

* Ability to handle sensitive customer information confidentially

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
