Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support our Experience Centre operations. The role involves coordination, communication, and administrative support across vendors, site engineers, and the design team, while ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making and receiving professional calls with vendors, site engineers, consultants, and internal teams
  • Coordinating between design team, site team, vendors, and management to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintaining accurate records of bills, invoices, and transactions related to the Experience Centre
  • Organizing and updating data, files, and office records (digital and physical)
  • Assisting with vendor follow-ups, material coordination, and basic documentation
  • Meeting and greeting clients visiting the Experience Centre in a polite and professional manner
  • Assisting in scheduling meetings, site visits, and internal discussions
  • Supporting the management and team with general administrative tasks as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate (any discipline preferred)
  • Good verbal communication skills (English & Hindi; Marathi is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and data entry
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in office administration, coordination, or similar roles
  • Freshers with good communication and organizational skills may also apply
