Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant, located in Surat. The Office Assistant will handle daily clerical and administrative tasks to support smooth office operations. Responsibilities include answering phone calls with professionalism, maintaining office equipment, performing routine office management tasks, and assisting in communication coordination within the organization. Additional duties may include organizing files, managing schedules, and supporting various administrative efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette skills with the ability to professionally handle calls and communicate effectively.
• Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including file management and schedule coordination.
• Proficiency in operating Office Equipment such as copiers, scanners, and printers.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
• High level of organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email systems is a plus.
