Job Description

An Office Assistant handles daily administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth office operations by managing calls, visitors, supplies, packaging of products, filing, scheduling, and supporting staff requiring strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office skills for a well-organized, efficient environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Communication: Greet visitors, answer/direct calls, manage incoming/outgoing mail and emails, take messages.
  • Administrative Support: Data entry, document preparation (memos, reports), filing, scheduling meetings/appointments, making travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Monitor and order supplies, maintain cleanliness, manage office equipment (copiers, fax), organize common areas.
  • Clerical Duties: Photocopying, scanning, maintaining databases, basic bookkeeping, ensuring confidentiality.
  • 2 wheeler must: Must handle all the outside work too
  • Handle some Kitchen work too like making tea and others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
