Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to support the daily administrative functions of our college. This position is ideal for individuals with a recent graduation and a keen interest in contributing to the smooth functioning of office operations in an academic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in routine administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Help manage student records, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and provide assistance to visitors.
• Support the coordination of events, meetings, and other departmental activities.
• Assist faculty and staff with administrative tasks and paperwork.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure that resources are well-organized.
• Prepare and process reports, correspondence, and other documentation as needed.
• Help with general office maintenance and upkeep.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation (any discipline).
• Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior office experience is an advantage, but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
