Job Description

  • Assist staff in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Deliver documents or parcels within or outside the office when required.
  • Handle basic errands such as collecting and distributing couriers or posts.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
  • Support procurement by informing admin about supply shortages.
  • Maintain inventory of pantry and cleaning items.
  • Ensure office equipment (printers, coffee machines, etc.) are in proper working condition.
  • Assist in small maintenance work or coordinate with vendors for repairs.
  • Handle simple errands assigned by management.
  • Follow company policies, confidentiality norms, and safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
