Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and energetic Part-Time Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our coaching center. The role involves assisting with routine tasks such as taking attendance, setting up lecture materials, making phone calls, and helping with any work assigned by the staff. Key Responsibilities: Take daily student attendance and maintain accurate records Set up lecture halls or classrooms before each session (whiteboards, projectors, chairs, etc.) Make phone calls to students or parents as instructed (reminders, follow-ups, etc.) Assist teachers and staff with printing, copying, or organizing materials Maintain cleanliness and organization in office and classroom spaces Help with any other administrative or operational tasks assigned Requirements: Minimum 10th or 12th pass Punctual, honest, and hardworking Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time Basic phone handling and communication skills Friendly attitude and professional behavior Job Type: Part-time Pay: From ₹8,158.53 per month Schedule: Evening shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
