Office Assistant

Hi, we are hiring for the position of Office Assistant for a manufacturing company (Manuf. Of Drums & Barrels) :

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Logistics, stationeries, batteries, New Year printing materials indent processing.

· Logistics local work order and local purchase order creation in excel.

· Making purchase orders, work orders and service orders using FACT software for plant and HO.

· Uploading purchase order and work orders on NITYAM portal.

· Research and evaluate vendor to compare pricing and services.

· Keeping track of insurance renewal and processing for renewal.

· Monthly track of vehicles challan and payment, Maharashtra E challan and Parivahan E challan.

· Coordination for consignment clearance.

· Flight and train ticket booking

· Office boys book checking, for assigned work in time and out time.

· Making E-way bills.

· Contacting to customer care for flight rescheduling and for other queries.

· Making monthly credit card statement and attaching supporting bills.

· Ordering Cake for birthday celebration of employees and preparing excel report.

· Online purchase for Plant e.g., from snap deal.

· Making amendment.

· Maintaining contact diary.

· Preparing registration of contract.

· Making cover letter.

· Builds and maintains relationship with vendors.

· Select prospective vendors and negotiate contracts.

· Saturday Lunch order for HO.

· Staff welfare and AMC renewal POs for plant and HO

· Evaluate vendors based on quality, delivery period and price.

· Invoice summary preparation.

· Booking bus and car on rent.

· Arranging trailer for plant

· Invoices submitting to accounts for payment.

· Filing documents.

· Getting quotation from vendors and preparing comparison

Job Specification:

-Graduate Freshers
-Excellent communication skills

Job location- Mumbai, Wadala
6 days working (Alternate Saturday Off)Mon to Fri - 10am to 7pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
