Office Assistant and Draftswoman ( female)

Evermac, a leading manufacturer of water coolers, freezers, and chillers, is looking for a dedicated Office Assistant cum Draftswoman to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with office operations and also prepare accurate production drawings and sheet settings for cutting and fabrication. This role requires a balance of administrative efficiency and technical drafting precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Assistance:

Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.

Prepare quotations

Support coordination between design, production, and sales departments.

Drafting Work:

Prepare and set technical drawings in sheets for cutting, bending, and fabrication of products.

Ensure all dimensions, markings, and details are accurate and ready for production.

Coordinate with engineers and the production team to finalize layouts and material requirements.

Maintain and update all drawing files and ensure they comply with company standards.

Provide clear, organized documentation for workshop and assembly teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred.
