Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration work, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, bookkeeping tasks, and vendor/party reconciliations accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using Tally software.
  • Provide support in accounting functions such as billing, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in an administrative role or equivalent education (B.B.A/ B.M.S /B.Com).
  • Proficiency in Tally software for record-keeping purposes.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles including GST compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
