Job Description

Job Title: Office Administrator
Gender Preference: Female

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle client communications professionally via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Maintain office records, files, and databases systematically.
  • Assist in accounting tasks using Tally (invoicing, payments, expenses).
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal documentation.
  • Support the sales and marketing team in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and client coordination.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Manage inventory of office and promotional materials.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and maintain office discipline.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in office administration or related role, preferably in branding, gifting, or marketing companies.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Tally, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
