We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator with 1–5 years of experience, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) to support daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments and customers. Roles and Responsibilities Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries within SLA targets. Payment follow-ups with customers. Optional / Additional Candidate Profile Experience in healthcare industry (preferably experienced in medical device industry).
