A front office admin is responsible for managing the reception area of an office, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. They may also assist with basic accounting duties, data entry, and providing general administrative support to other staff members. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this role.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information regarding the company’s offerings.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the management.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales conversions in the company’s CRM system.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Provide feedback to the team on customer interactions and any product issues.
Oversee and manage the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across all areas.
Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and checklists for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Inspect rooms, corridors, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
Train, guide, and supervise housekeeping staff in proper cleaning techniques and safety practices.
Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance and front desk to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest or staff complaints regarding cleanliness and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on housekeeping activities, staff performance, and inventory usage.
Conduct performance reviews for housekeeping staff and provide feedback.
