Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role located in Kozhikode. The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, oversee office operations, and ensure the effective use of office resources. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting accounting tasks including GST filings, coordinating documentation, and assisting the professional team.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping
  • Knowledge in GST Filings
  • Good communication & organizational skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in an office administration or related role is preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role
  • Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
