Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali district for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, handling office equipment, and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities also include greeting visitors, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and providing customer service. The role will also involve maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with office events and meetings.

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  • Proficiency in handling Office Equipment and managing office resources
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in office management or related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are advantageous
