As an Administrative Assistant, your role will involve a combination of office administration, customer service, and communication skills. You should be proficient in operating and maintaining office equipment, filing GST, onboarding employees, and preparing attendance and salary reports. Your experience in delivering excellent customer service will be essential, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are also crucial. Previous experience in administrative roles will be a plus, and you will be required to travel to the Mumbai office as part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Office administration tasks such as filing GST, onboarding employees, and preparing attendance and salary reports - Providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues - Operating and maintaining office equipment - Assisting with organizational tasks and multitasking effectively - Working collaboratively in a team environment Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in communication - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to work effectively in a team - Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus - Knowledge of office equipment operation and maintenance Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and you will have the benefit of a flexible schedule. In terms of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel for at least 2 years is preferred, along with a total work experience of at least 1 year. The work location for this role is in person.
