We are hiring an enthusiastic and responsible Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace. The role involves handling office maintenance , stationery and travel arrangements , hotel bookings , guest coordination , housekeeping , and facility management . Ensure office premises are well-maintained and organized Manage stationery supplies inventory, ordering, and distribution Arrange travel (flight, train, taxi) and local transport for employees Handle hotel bookings and stay arrangements for employees and guests Welcome and coordinate with office visitors and guests Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness across the premises Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment and facilities Assist with internal meetings, events, and administrative support tasks
