Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office/Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining records, supporting other departments, and ensuring smooth operations within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
  • Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with inventory management, office supply procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
  • Support front office staff and other departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, phone calls).
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Ensure the office is clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
