Sales Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with 0-2 years of experience to join our sales team. As a sales person, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base by generating leads, making sales calls, and maintaining client relationships. You will be expected to convert opportunities into sales while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Outreach: Contact potential clients (via cold calling, emails, or follow-up calls) to promote and sell Orange Technolab’s products and services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and interests.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of Orange Technolab’s services and solutions to effectively convey their benefits to prospects.
• Sales Conversion: Effectively pitch and close deals with prospective clients, contributing to monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• CRM Management: Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM tool.
• Client Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and queries promptly and handle objections or concerns effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and provide feedback from clients to enhance our offerings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
