Assist in organising school visits, interaction sessions and admission formalities. Follow up with prospective parents to achieve admission targets. Maintain student admission files and records. Support daily administration tasks such as circulars, documentation and coordination with departments. Assist in generating reports, MIS data and retention follow-ups. Coordinate with transport, accounts and HR for student-related updates. Assist academic team in scheduling PTMs, assessments, and school events. Help in maintaining lesson plan trackers, attendance reports, and student performance records. Support teachers with basic documentation or communication to parents. Ensure availability of academic resources and follow-up on curriculum-related tasks. Maintain professional communication with parents pre and post-admission. Work closely with Principal, Admin Head, and Academic Coordinators. Provide accurate support to ensure timely flow of information between departments.
