Job Description

Profile: - Manager-Admin Team: - HR & Administration Experience: - 1-3 years Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for smart, passionate, self-motivated and detail-oriented admin person with 1-3 years of work experience in Administration, preferably in services industry. Desired Skills • Performing administrative work such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail. • Day to day accounts and Monthly closure. Petty Cash Management. • Oversee inventories and manage office supplies and equipment as needed. Contract Staff Management, Vendor Management, Office Equipment Maintenance, AMC, and purchase for office Stationery and required material as per the user's request. • Manage administration trackers such as vendor service agreement, expiration, renewal, payments etc. • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations. • Coordination with Accountant, Auditors, Company Secretary and Vendor for timely submissions and filings. Functional/Behavioural skills: • Ability to operate with minimal direct supervision. • Good Communication skills Ability to handle pressure and keenness to take on new Challenges • Desire to learn and work in a dynamic environment. Role Specific Competencies: Should have 1 to 3 years’ experience in Administration. Should have a basic understanding of accounting and taxation. Sound knowledge of MS Office. Qualification: Graduation / Post graduation.
