Position title:- Customer Support Executive Team:- Service Exp:- 1-2 Years Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for smart, passionate, self-motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive with 1-2 years of work experience in Inbound Calling, Customer Support, preferably in UPS & Battery Industries. Desired Skills: · To handle the escalation of the client. · To Solve the customer queries. · To attend Inbound Call. · To prepare MIS on day to day basis. Functional/Behavioral skills: · Good Communication skills. · Ability to handle pressure. · Desire to learn and work in a dynamic environment Role Specific Competencies: · Should have 1-2 years of experience in Handling Customer. · Sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint. · Technical Knowledge is must. Qualification: Graduate/ITI/Diploma.
