Job Description

  • Office management: Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring a clean and organized workspace, and managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Communication: Acting as the first point of contact, handling phone calls, emails, and mail, and greeting visitors.
  • Record-keeping: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, creating and updating databases, and managing records for personnel, finances, and other company data.
  • Scheduling and coordination: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, booking conference rooms, and taking minutes.
  • Administrative support: Assisting with tasks for other departments, such as supporting HR with recruitment and onboarding or helping finance with invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Reporting and documentation: Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets, and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
