Job Description

Role: Operations Executive (Virtual Office, Facility & HR Support)
Location: Khan Market, DelhiTiming: 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle virtual office clients – send proposals, collect documents and payments, make agreements and NOCs, and keep records updated.
  • Renew or close client accounts when needed by updating signage, databases, and systems.
  • Buy office materials every month, contact vendors for supplies, check deliveries, collect bills, and submit them to accounts.
  • Help with camera installations or internet issues by coordinating with vendors and ensuring the systems are working.
  • Create and send invoices using software, get approvals, and share them with clients.
  • Do regular checks at office premises – take photos if things need fixing, note issues, and follow up with the facility team.
  • Help with new employee joining – collect ID proofs, photos, and bank details; set up biometric access; keep records updated.
  • Track attendance and leaves, download monthly reports, and send payslips using simple online tools.
  • Take care of filing, spreadsheets, and data entry work related to clients, vendors, and employees.
  • Support the family office with small operational tasks like GST checks, collecting documents, or helping prepare basic agreements.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in office operations or admin work (coworking, real estate, or facility management preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Gmail, and data entry.
  • Should be comfortable visiting vendors or sites when needed.
  • Good communication in English and Hindi.
  • Preferably living in NCR/Faridabad with a two-wheeler for local visits.

Working Style:

  • Be reliable, organized, and proactive in follow-ups.
  • Maintain proper records and complete tasks on time.
  • 6-day work week, flexibility for site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
