Your Core Mission

To lead and optimize operational processes that keep Golden Ray ahead of the competition and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Team & People Management

• Lead and coordinate with accountant, documentation specialist, and HR team
• Support hiring coordination – assist in identifying, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
• Conduct team meetings, track KPIs, support training, and resolve employee concerns
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance culture

Operations Excellence

• Oversee purchasing and procurement for solar EPC projects
• Coordinate day-to-day operations across sales, projects, service, and accounts
• Manage budgets, monitor timelines, and ensure compliance with solar standards
• Track vendor bills, petty cash, material dispatch, and maintain records

Customer & Vendor Coordination

• Manage communication with customers during project lifecycle
• Handle supplier and vendor relationships for cost optimization and timely delivery
• Prepare and share daily/weekly operational reports with leadership

Process Building & Improvement

• Create documentation and operational workflows
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Develop onboarding and training materials for new employees

Who You Are

• Graduate with 2–6 years of experience in administration (solar EPC/construction/manufacturing preferred)
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Experience leading small teams and handling diverse stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with problem-solving
• Systems thinker who can create processes that scale

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and ERP/CRM tools (ERPNext preferred)
• Experience building operational processes or team structures
• Strong coordination skills across multiple functions

Work Environment & Growth

• Full-time, Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM
