Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced and organized Office Administraive for a reputed client office located in Vadapalani, Chennai . The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, client coordination, scheduling, and must be proficient in MS Excel for reporting and record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming client and student phone calls professionally Respond to and manage WhatsApp inquiries and promotional messages Maintain and update Excel sheets for accounts, inquiries, and follow-ups Assist the founder with daily scheduling, meetings, and reminders Manage office documentation, filing, and records Coordinate with vendors, students, and internal contacts Perform basic account tracking and reporting Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in admin, office assistant, or personal assistant roles Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, filtering, basic reporting) Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business tools Highly organized, responsible, and good at multitasking Job Benefits: Regular office working hours Stable and friendly work environment Opportunity to gain exposure to administrative, marketing, and client-facing roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Location: Vadapalani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Preferred) Work Location: In person
