Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to internal teams, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain records, reports, and internal databases with accuracy.
  • Handle data entry, document preparation, and file management.
  • Coordinate internal communications and follow up on outstanding tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely information flow.
  • Track and organize backend processes such as inventory, orders, or service logs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform general office duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with internal admin tools or ERP systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
