Job Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Office Administration Trainer to join our IQCTS educational academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs in office administration to students and professionals preparing for careers in business and administrative roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in office management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions on office administration topics including office procedures, document management, business communication, time management, and customer service.
  • Teach practical skills in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and digital tools commonly used in administrative settings.
  • Design and develop course materials, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments based on curriculum standards and learning outcomes.
  • Monitor student progress, conduct evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to support learner development.
  • Create a positive and interactive learning environment to engage diverse groups of learners.
  • Stay updated with current industry practices and incorporate them into training delivery.
  • Participate in curriculum development, quality assurance, and internal meetings as required.
  • Support students with career readiness skills such as professional conduct, resume writing, and interview preparation.

Requirements:

Education & Certifications:

  • Diploma or any bachelor’s Degree or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years of practical experience in office administration or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and administrative systems.
  • Ability to manage a classroom and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
