Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and coordination.
  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR and accounts departments in administrative tasks.
  • Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Must possess a valid 2/4 wheeler driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
