As an Office Administrator at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive approach will be key in managing various administrative tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day office administration and coordination. - Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems. - Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Handle procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination. - Support HR and accounts departments in administrative tasks. - Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration preferred). - Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Must possess a valid 2/4 wheeler driving license.
