Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Office Admin / Receptionist
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good computer knowledge & email handling skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, well-organized & professional attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend visitors/clients professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails & front desk operations
  • Maintain office records, files & documentation
  • Support day-to-day office administration & coordination tasks
  • Schedule meetings, appointments & manage calendars
  • Assist management in basic reporting & follow-ups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
