Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end client servicing, including order coordination, ensuring timely delivery, handling emails/calls, documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships. * Handle PAN India payment follow-ups through calls and emails, ensuring timely payment collection and overall client satisfaction. * Ensure that all internal processes and procedures are followed accurately and consistently throughout the client servicing and order management cycle. * Prepare reports, Compile data, Excel sheets, and maintain task trackers * Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintain equipment/service logs. * Support HR and management with basic administrative tasks and employee documentation when needed. Requirements: * 3–5 years of experience. * Ability to communicate politely and confidently both speaking and writing in English * Excellent follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
