Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive (Female) to manage daily office operations, stock records, client coordination, and basic accounts. The role requires strong organizational skills, Tally knowledge, and the ability to support sales teams through client follow-ups and cold calling. Key Responsibilities Maintain stock records and update inward/outward movement of goods. Coordinate dispatches with transporters, warehouses, and clients. Perform cold calling to clients for lead generation, follow-ups, and coordination. Maintain cashbook & petty cash transactions with accuracy. Prepare quotations, invoices, and supporting documents for sales teams. Assist in basic accounts work using Tally (data entry, vouchers, receipts). Provide general back office support to management and sales staff. Requirements Graduate in any stream (preferably B.Com / BBA). Minimum 2 years of experience in back office/admin/accounts role. Proficiency in Tally & MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling). Good communication skills in Hindi & English. Organized, disciplined, and reliable with strong follow-up ability. Workplace Details Location: F-90, Transport Nagar, Lucknow Work Timings: Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (fixed, based on experience & skills)
