We are seeking a smart, reliable, and organized Back Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a critical support role that involves managing internal operations and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, the sales team, transporters, and warehouse. Key Responsibilities - 1. Client & Sales Coordination Call and follow up with old/inactive clients to revive business and log outcomes Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, document preparation, and updates Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payments, and delivery-related queries 2. Transport & Logistics Management Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery of goods Track vehicle movement, delivery status, and resolve any transport-related issues Maintain records of dispatched orders and delivery proofs 3. Warehouse/Godown Management Communicate regularly with the warehouse team for stock status, loading/unloading, and dispatch planning Ensure proper stock entry and update records for incoming and outgoing items Alert management about low stock or slow-moving items 4. Administrative & Bookkeeping Maintain and update stock registers (manual/digital) on a daily basis Assist in updating the cash book, recording daily expenses, and petty cash handling Ensure all documentation is complete – challans, invoices, gate passes, etc. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in back office, admin, or coordination roles (preferably in trading/distribution businesses) Good command over Hindi and English (spoken & written) Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and basic accounting tools Strong follow-up skills, ability to multitask, and maintain clear documentation Knowledge of transport coordination and warehouse processes is a big plus Should be proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently Do Not Apply If You: Are only looking for a desk job with no coordination or multitasking Are uncomfortable with calling old clients or following up repeatedly Lack experience with Excel, record-keeping, or transport coordination Are looking for part-time, WFH, or remote roles – this is an on-site role

Job Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and service commercial cleaning machines (e.g., vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, pressure washers, etc.) Conduct on-site installation of machines at client premises Give product demonstrations and basic training to end-users Maintain daily job/service logs and update service CRM if required Coordinate with office team for spare parts, service calls, and customer feedback Ensure customer satisfaction and professional conduct during every visit Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years experience in repairing electrical/mechanical appliances (cleaning machines preferred) ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical (preferred but not mandatory) Basic understanding of motors, pumps, wiring, and machine troubleshooting Must be comfortable with field work and travel Good communication and demo skills Must be punctual, honest, and self-driven Field visit allowance (TA/DA as applicable) Performance-based incentives Company mobile and support tools provided Training will be given for new models
