Job Description

Manage day-to-day office operations and administration work. Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor management. Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow. Manage telephone calls, emails, and general correspondence. Handle office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management. Support HR activities such as joining formalities, documentation, and employee records. Assist in petty cash handling, bills, and expense management. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Administration/Management/Commerce). Proven experience as an Admin Executive / Office Administrator. Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
