Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain office files, records, and documentation. Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner. Assist with data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining records. Support senior staff with day-to-day administrative activities. Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and service providers. Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure proper stock levels. Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars. Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations. Candidate Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or similar roles. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic English communication (written and spoken). Polite, professional, and proactive approach to tasks. Candidates from Shamli or nearby locations preferred.
