Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Compliance

Maintain company accounts in
Tally
.
Prepare and file
TDS, GST, and other statutory returns
.
Coordinate with the
Chartered Accountant (CA)
for company filings, audits, and compliance.

Payroll & Staff Management

Prepare monthly salary sheets and disbursements.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and discipline.

Office Administration

Handle office operations, vendor payments, and petty cash.
Support management in documentation and record keeping.
Act as a point of contact between management, staff, and external vendors.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
or equivalent.
2–4 years of experience in
accounting and office administration
.
Strong knowledge of
Tally, GST, and TDS filing
.
Experience in
payroll preparation and staff coordination
.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines independently.
