Offboarding Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in processing resignations, retirements, contract completions, and other separation cases.
• Coordinate exit formalities such as clearance, no-dues process,
• Prepare and release standard separation documents including acceptance of resignation, , experience letter, and full & final inputs.
• Follow up with stakeholders for approvals and pending No dues.
• Provide support to employees during their notice period regarding documentation, exit status, and timelines.
• Maintain employee separation records and ensure accuracy in master data.
• Support audit requirements by sharing relevant documentation and data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and process SLAs.
• Support the team in preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Identify delays or discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Support process simplification initiatives.
• Raise gaps, system issues, or repetitive challenges for resolution.
• Workday experience is preferred.
