As an OEM Sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales/business plan to penetrate the OEM segment. This will involve developing new accounts that contribute to year-on-year sales growth, with a key focus on direct business via OEMs. Your role will also require you to establish and maintain strong relationships with OEM accounts. Additionally, you will be in charge of monthly sales forecasts, target account pipeline updates, and the development of an annual sales plan for your assigned territory/accounts. Your expertise will be crucial in providing an interface with senior management for product proposals and marketing strategies to optimize OEM Sales. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a sales/business plan to penetrate the OEM segment - Identify and develop new accounts to drive year-on-year sales growth, with a focus on direct business via OEMs - Cultivate strong relationships with OEM accounts - Prepare monthly sales forecasts and update target account pipeline - Create and maintain an annual sales plan for assigned territory/accounts - Liaise with senior management on product proposals and marketing strategies for optimized OEM Sales Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in OEM sales - Educational Qualification: Any Graduate - Preferred Industry experience in MDF, Plywood, Veneer, PVC, Blockboard, Doors, Laminates, Adhesives, Architectural Hardware, Glass, Wood coating - Age limit: Maximum 35 years (Note: Non-preferred Industry experience in Cement, Paints) Please note that this Job Description pertains to a role in OEM Sales with a focus on developing sales strategies for OEM accounts and maintaining strong customer relations.
